How long does delivery take?

Orders leave our warehouse within one business day of being placed. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 10 to 14 days. We are a small business and we would rather be honest than over promise, so on rare occasions it can take a little longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free worldwide, on every product, with no minimum spend and no hidden charges at checkout.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship almost everywhere, all year round, including the UK, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and much of Asia. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will see what we can do.

Who delivers my parcel?

We use trusted third party couriers. We prepare and pack every order with care, but once a parcel is dispatched, delivery is carried out by the courier. If anything goes wrong in transit, contact us and we will always help you resolve it with them.

How do I check on an order?

Email zeniopia@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it for you. A real person replies, usually the same day.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Send us a photo of the item and the packaging within 14 days of delivery and we will sort out a replacement or refund. Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
